1. Steelers Win, Bryant Loses It has been a wild week for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Receiver Martavis Bryant called out JuJu Smith-Schuster for taking his reps away this season on Twitter at the beginning of the week. The consequence was a benching for Bryant and a huge week for JuJu in a key win for the Steelers against the Lions. Now, Bryant really wants out of Pittsburgh while the offense around him seems to be clicking better than ever. 2. Shootout in Seattle While Richard Sherman racked up two key interceptions and Seattle got a third for a pick-six, this…

1. Reality Check Green Bay Packer fans this week would have told you that they were hopeful for Brett Hundley’s NFL debut as a starter in relief of Aaron Rodgers. They would have looked pretty smart through the first half of the game against the Saints, but then reality came calling. Without the best player in the NFL, the Packers are just meh. Hundley only managed to complete 48% of his pass attempts while throwing for 89 yards and an interception, for a total QB-rating of 39.8. His first half rushing touchdown couldn’t cover up for the fact that he…

1. Shootout Success for the Saints The New Orleans Saints almost let the high-powered Lions come all the way back from a 10-45 deficit. Almost. In the end, the Saints prevailed 52-38 to improve to 3-2 and climb back into the NFC South picture. The Saints have seemed like a one trick pony for years now, with Drew Brees expected to lead the charge week in and week out. While Brees did provide two touchdowns this week, he also threw two interceptions. Mark Ingram scored twice and the Saints defense somehow scored three times. New Orleans could end up much…

1. Eagles Soar to 4-1 Carson Wentz is on fire this season, and so are the Eagles. Philadelphia beat the Cardinals to improve to 4-1, one of three teams to hold that mark currently in the NFC. Wentz is slowly making the shift towards being a legitimate top-level quarterback, as the Eagles make the same shift towards playoff contenders. In a division where every other team was favored coming into the season, the Eagles may be a surprise leader, as they continue to prove their doubters wrong. 2. Steelers’ Streakiness Continues One week the Steelers are the best team in…

10) Dalvin Cook Out Another week, another major injury in the NFL. This week was Minnesota’s star rookie running back, Dalvin Cook. Cook was a major player for the Vikings so far this season and will now be replaced by Latavius Murray, which will greatly hinder a Minnesota offense that seemed to be clicking with Cook in the backfield. Here’s hoping that Cook is able to bounce back from his ACL tear and return to the great form we have seen so far. 9) Rams + Playoffs = Possible? I guess so. I’m not saying the Rams are the best…

10. Two is a Party  in Chicago Fantasy owners everywhere rejoice, because running backs Howard and Cohen for Chicago both aren’t going anywhere. While Howard proved himself as a stud last year, he saw a dip in production so far due to the explosiveness of Cohen. However, a stellar performance against the Steelers showed that there is plenty of points to go around when it comes to these two backs. Outside of fantasy, this dynamic duo is also a reason to hope if you are a Chicago fan, as they have showed that they could easily carry the team to…

10. Pittsburgh Looks Dangerous Against Vikings The Pittsburgh Steelers continue to look strong as they toppled the Vikings’ stellar defense this week. While the Vikings looked dominant in week one, the Steelers were too much for Minnesota. Rothlisberger threw two TD’s and looked sharp, proving that even when the running game stalls, the offense can deliver. The leg of Chris Boswell also came in clutch with six field goals for Pittsburgh to cap the win and keep the Steelers perfect so far. 9. Ravens Defense Dominates Sure it was against the Browns, but the Ravens defense made it two weeks…

10. Jacksonville Surprises The arrival of Tom Coughlin seemed to spark the Jags on defense, as they looked sharp in week one. The team beat the Houston Texans 29-7 and also boasted strong performances from Leonard Fournette and Blake Bortles on offense. Fournette especially could be a perennial force for fantasy footballers for years to come if week one is any indication. 9. Falcons Squeak By In a game against the Bears, the Falcons won by only six points in what looked like a blowout on paper. The runner-up in the Super Bowl last year looked alright in many aspects,…

Aleister Black vs. Hideo Itami What Should Happen: Black Wins What Will Happen: Black Wins Aleister Black is just on too hot of a streak to lose now. Itami can manage a loss here, and Black shouldn’t lose what he has built up so far. Hopefully Itami delivers a huge performance in a losing effort, but it would be crazy for Brooklyn to not “fade to black.” Johnny Gargano vs. Andrade “Cien” Almas What Should Happen: Almas Wins via Ciampa Interference Almas has undergone a major refresh as of late on NXT, with his new manager showing a fiery side…

5. Zay Jones, Buffalo Bills WR With Jordan Matthews battling injuries and Sammy Watkins out of the picture, Zay Jones could be the feature guy in Buffalo. Tyrod Taylor’s strength is the deep ball, and what did Buffalo do? They took away is deep threat and brought in another slot receiver. Jones is looking like the guy to fill the outside role, and he will be a late round steal in a lot of leagues. 4. Corey Davis, Tennessee Titans WR Davis could be in for big points with Mariota throwing him the ball, and with his speed, Davis could…
