Tonight we have a nicely-sized seven-game slate to satisfy our NBA DFS needs. I love these types of slates because it really diversifies lineups and forces people to build a complete roster. When we have two or three mega values it really cuts down on the player pool. It seems DraftKings has also tightened up their player pricing after last week. This should also help lower the lineup point totals across the board. Let’s get into some nice tournament pivots from their chalky counterparts. DraftKings NBA DFS Core Plays | Feb. 15 Clint Capela (C – $7,400) When scrolling through…

Welcome to the Valentine’s Day edition of the DraftKings NBA DFS Tournament Core Plays article. At first glance, there’s not a lot to love. Sorry, I couldn’t resist getting a pun in here. This slate is lacking a lot of value at the moment, and we may have to settle for an ugly date. However, this can change quickly, as I expect some news to come out later today. But for now, let’s take a look at a few key pieces that any news should not affect. DraftKings NBA DFS Core Plays | Feb. 14 Damian Lillard (PG – $9,600)…

Today’s article is designed to help you get an edge on the large DraftKings NBA DFS tournament fields. As an example in this article I will use the $50K And-One (20 Entry Max) contest. Entry fee to this tournament is $1 per lineup. The max field of entries is 59,453 lineups. Considering there is no overlay, this contest pays out the top 15,950 places or top 26.8 percent. However, in order to make a considerable return on investment, you’ll have to have a top-19 finish. That’s finishing in the top 0.032% of lineups. Sounds crazy, right? Well, we will just…

Welcome to a happy Friday edition of my DraftKings NBA DFS Tournament Core article. This article is designed to give you my core of players that I will build my tournament rosters around tonight. It is a tropical -2 degrees Fahrenheit here in the frozen Wisconsin tundra. Just how we like it here in the FlurrySports world! I think the only thing that gets to us Wisconsinites when it gets this cold is that we cannot use the snowbank as an extra beer refrigerator. Let’s get into some hot targets tonight that I will be building my DraftKings NBA GPP…

We are finally here — the MLB Trade Deadline. Teams have been mostly laying in the grass, by not doing a ton of moves. Perhaps the most notable move happened last night when the Reds (in a three-team deal) dealt Yasiel Puig to the Indians for pitcher Trevor Bauer. The Indians also got Franmil Reyes and lefty pitcher Logan Allen. The Padres received outfielder Taylor Trammell. I am not a huge fan of three-way trades, but this is the modern era of front office moves. With that said, keep an eye on Twitter to make sure your player does not…

As I write this article, I am basking in a game one win for my Milwaukee Brewers over the Rockies, watching the Kings at Lakers on my laptop, and Thursday Night football on the big screen. It’s a great time of year to be a fan of sports. There is always something on to tube to watch after work and hopefully this article will give you a little extra cash in your pockets. We finally have a decent sized NBA Preseason slate to break down and I am going to walk you through my favorite plays on the slate. …

It’s opening night in the NBA preseason and DFS is back. It’s a one game slate with a showdown captain mode on DraftKings, but I wanted to help you make your lineups. Ironically, Boston and Charlotte opened up their preseason last year against each other. The only big difference is that Dwight Howard was still a Hornet. At FlurrySports, we are going to be launching our NBA season subscriptions for DFS projections and DFS lineup help. Let’s dive into my favorite plays on this one game slate. Captains Jeremy Lamb – $9,900 Captain Salary – This is a dream scenario…

Tournaments in DFS are very top heavy in payout structure. To win a large sum of money, your lineup must greatly exceed expectations. The purpose of this article is to put you on some stacks that can go bonkers and bring home the bacon. Disclaimer: GPP’s/Tournaments are extremely top heavy on the cash payouts, so I recommend you back up your tournament entries with solid bankroll management and a higher volume of safer cash game entries. Last week, a combination of New Orleans and Atlanta players got you to the promised land. Drew Brees, Alvin Kamara, Calvin Ridley, Ben Watson,…

Snap counts and targets in the NFL can give us a good barometer of which players will get in on the play-making action. This is similar to usage and minutes in the NBA. This is worth taking a look at for our NFL DFS lineups and can help us find some safer players, as well as some that may draw some extra snaps, touches, and targets. Safe Plays Top Tier Alvin Kamara – Saints – $9500 DK, $8700 FD – Kamara is averaging 52 snaps per game. This accounts for 79.2% of the total team snaps. During his time…
