Davidson suffered a heartbreaking loss in the A-10 Final to Richmond, as Foster Loyer missed a three-pointer late that would have given the Wildcats the lead and likely the win.
Loyer, a Michigan State transfer, will be in charge of an offense that ranks 304th in pace against a team in Michigan State that likes to run up and down the floor for their scoring opportunities. Davidson might just be the better team in this matchup, and Michigan State’s knack for turning the ball over may be their Achilles heel.
