Matthew Stafford is one step closer to proving all of his doubters wrong, and Sean McVay has to love it. There finally is a partnership there, instead of McVay babysitting Jared Goff in past seasons. Defensively, the Rams still have questions to be answered after some big offseason departures. However, this Rams offense looks good enough to carry the team during the weeks they need it.
As good as the Rams’ offense was, the opposite is true for the Colts. The offensive line was a wreck, but luckily Eric Fisher is ready to play this week. However, the Colts’ biggest issue all season long will be their lack of receiving weapons, especially with T.Y. Hilton out.
