When is the 2025 NFL Draft?
The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The draft will take place in Green Bay, WI, which brings plenty of potential challenges. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 25th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, April 26th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.
Quinshon Judkins Scouting Report
Strengths
When building a running back in a lab, you likely will make them the size of six-foot, 220 lbs. That is exactly what we see out of Judkins. His patience working along the offensive line before making the cut is impressive. That patience works as well when he looks to press the edge on stretch runs.
On top of waiting for blocks to set up, Judkins hits holes hard and physically, making for a not-so-fun tackle on the defense. Outside of the run, the receiving games as not shown much, but his work in pass protection will keep him on the field in long downs.
Weaknesses
While his patience is great, Judkins will struggle when it comes to beating defenders early on one cut. With his great size, Judkins does not have the breakaway speed when moving in the open field. Judkins will probably need to be a volume runner to make a really strong impact in the NFL as well, since he is not someone likely to break massive runs.
