It is that time of the year! Sports fans all around the world can smell football in the air. As the summer begins to wind down, training camp for all 32 NFL teams is in full force. We have created our rankings of the NFL top 100 players of 2022. Each article will be split up into 10 different players, starting at 100-91 and moving all the way to 10-1.
With that being said, let’s take a look at the next 10 players on the list of our NFL top 100 players of 2022. A recent Super Bowl-winning quarterback, an All-Pro linebacker and a young receiver ready for a breakout season grace this list.

70. Budda Baker – Safety – Arizona Cardinals
Even with his play falling off slightly last season, Budda Baker was still one of the better safeties in the NFL. Baker made sure that every quarterback knew where he always was, proved by his 98 combined tackles, three interceptions and one fumble recovery. He was awarded with a Pro Bowl selection and should once again be very large focal point of Arizona’s defense.
69. CeeDee Lamb – Wide Receiver – Dallas Cowboys
The young Oklahoma alum staked his name into the NFL season last year. CeeDee Lamb recorded 79 receptions for 1,102 yards and six touchdowns. With Amari Cooper out of the picture, Lamb should now slide into that number one receiving position. Coming off a season where Dallas led the NFL in passing, Lamb should once again be the guy in this Cowboys offense.
68. Keenan Allen – Wide Receiver – Los Angeles Chargers
From a young receiver to one of the better vets in the NFL. Keenan Allen’s game is consistent. The California product excels at beating defenders in man coverage and is often times Justin Herbert safety blanket. With how good Allen has been over his career, it is a little surprising to see that he recorded the most receptions in a season in his career, 106. That just goes to show that Allen only gets better with age.
67. De’Vondre Campbell – Linebacker – Green Bay Packers
De’Vondre Campbell was a revelation for the Packers, who have been missing consistent inside linebacker player for quite some time. He flew all over the field in 2021, with most of his best work coming against the pass. His first-team All-Pro season saw Campbell record 146 combined tackles, by far the most in his six-year career.
66. Micah Hyde – Safety – Buffalo Bills
When you hear the word ballhawk, Micah Hyde should come to your mind. He can play all over the Bills defense and often finds himself wherever the ball is. Hyde filled up the stat sheet in 2021 season, recording five interceptions, one forced fumble, two fumble recoveries and 74 combined tackles. One of those interceptions were returned for a touchdown. Hyde should figure to be one of the better players on a Bills’ team looking for a Super Bowl run.
65. Creed Humphrey – Center – Kansas City Chiefs
Creed Humphrey enters his second season in the NFL. In 2021, it may be hard to find a better center in the league than Humphrey. He led the offensive line of one of the better offenses in the NFL. With all of the change in the Kansas City offense, Humphrey should be relied on to keep the offense gelled. The young center will once again keep Patrick Mahomes upright on one of the best teams in the NFL.
64. Cameron Jordan – Defensive End – New Orleans Saints
Much like Keenan Allen, Cameron Jordan seems to only get better with age. He was seventh in the NFL in sacks last year, recording 12.5. His presence on the New Orleans Saints makes life a lot easier for guys like Marshon Lattimore and Malcolm Jenkins. Jordan should once again be one of the premier pass rushers in the NFL, as the Saints look to get back to the playoffs.
63. Matthew Stafford – Quarterback – Los Angeles Rams
It finally happened for Matthew Stafford. His first season outside of Detroit, Stafford took home the Super Bowl trophy. Stafford threw 41 touchdowns, but is ranked maybe a little low on this list due to his 17 interceptions. With pieces around him, like Allen Robinson and Cooper Kupp, Stafford is primed for another career year. Hopefully his elbow is figured out before the season begins.
62. Rashawn Slater – Offensive Tackle – Los Angeles Chargers
Much like Creed Humphrey, Rashawn Slater entered the season last year as a rookie and instantly looked like a seasoned veteran. With players like Justin Herbert, Austin Ekeler, Keenan Allen and Mike Williams on the offense, Slater has kind of gone along the wayside. The young tackle should figure to be a franchise center piece for the Chargers. Something that I am sure Herbert is not going to be mad about.
61. Antoine Winfield Jr. – Safety – Tampa Bay Buccaneers
When we talk about players who play bigger than they are, Antoine Winfield needs to be mentioned. The son of Antoine Winfield Sr., the Tampa defensive back has football in his blood. In 2021, Winfield recorded 88 combined tackles, 62 of them being solo tackles. Winfield also recorded two interceptions and three fumble recoveries. Winfield figures to continue playing bigger than he is and should be a stalwart for the Bucs.
