Fantasy Football Week 5 WR Streamers

Josh Reynolds Fantasy Outlook (24.8%)

While Jameson WIlliams’ return has been the subject of discussion in regards to Lions’ pass catchers, Josh Reynolds has continued to make enough noise to keep himself in the WR3/Flex discussion. Reynolds was targeted six times in the Lions’ Thursday night win over the Packers, racking up 69 yards and leading the team in receiving yards.

Jameson Williams is expected to be eased back into the Lions’ plans slowly, so Reynolds is still viable enough to help fantasy lineups. In fact, Reynolds is a nice under-the-radar addition while the rest of your league jockeys to add Williams.

Tyler Boyd Fantasy Outlook (47.1%)

Tee Higgins left the Bengals’ blowout loss to the Titans on Sunday with a broken rib and is now questionable heading into a Week 5 matchup with the Arizona Cardinals. Tyler Boyd would step into the WR2 role for a Cincinnati offense that has underwhelmed mightily to start the year.

It wouldn’t be all that surprising to see Higgins sit out both games prior to the Bengals’ Week 7 bye. With matchups against the Cardinals and Seahawks before then, Boyd is in a position to put together a couple of productive weeks for WR-needy rosters. The veteran receiver has been targeted 24 times in the last three games, even with Higgins healthy, leaving plenty of room for more if he misses time.

Zay Jones Fantasy Outlook (36.9%)

The Zay Jones hype was real following a Week 1 performance that saw him targeted seven times, resulting in five catches for 55 yards and a touchdown. The following week, Jones was targeted six times, but couldn’t haul in a single one of them. He had a couple of close calls on end zone targets where he couldn’t get a second foot down as well.

Jones missed Weeks 3 and 4 with a knee injury but is expected to make his return in the Jaguars’ Week 5 matchup with Buffalo in London. He is an under-the-radar add this week in a game that’ll likely necessitate a lot of passing.
