As Week 16 begins, there are some players out with injury, which may leave your fantasy football rosters looking a little different and potentially weaker. While it’s hard to bench the fantasy studs you drafted, the option of streaming players off the waiver wire could bode well for your success in your fantasy football league. It is always a better decision to weigh your options and play the player with a much better matchup than start the same guy every week hoping for a breakout game, especially in the first round of the playoffs.
Read on for three wide receiver fantasy football streamers for Week 16. All bye weeks have been accounted for, making streaming options less of an attraction but with injuries and COVID-19 related news, there could be some sneaky plays hiding on the waiver wire that could bring some serious upside to your fantasy team.

Week 16 Fantasy Football WR Streamers
Amon-Ra St. Brown, DET at ATL (24.6%)
The Amon-Ra St. Brown fantasy football stock has slowly risen all season long, but the volume he has been getting on a consistent basis is intriguing for fantasy managers looking for streaming options. He’s been targeted at least 11 times in three straight games and has posted three double-digit performances in his last six games. Atlanta has been miserable against opposing wide receivers, surrendering over 38 fantasy points per game (FPPG), which ranks fourth-worst in the league. Detroit is out of the playoffs and it wouldn’t be surprising if they just keep feeding St. Brown the ball to see what he’s made of.
Marquez Callaway, NO vs. MIA (29.1%)
Marquez Callaway posted one of his best performances last week, catching six of nine targets for 112 yards. It’s hard to trust him on a consistent basis due to all the quarterback issues the Saints have had, but when he has a good matchup, he has some serious value. Miami has been equally as bad as the Falcons have this season, surrendering just over 38 FPPG to opposing wide receivers. It wouldn’t be surprising if Callaway has yet another solid fantasy football performance.

Robby Anderson, CAR vs. TB (45.0%)
Coming into this season, Robby Anderson was highly regarded by many fantasy managers in drafts, but he never got it going. He has posted double-digit fantasy football points in only four games all season. However, he’s seen 20 targets across the last two games and has posted 30 fantasy points total in that span. The quarterback issue is a serious negative to streaming Anderson, but Tampa Bay allows 36.2 FPPG to opposing wide receivers and it’s very likely the Panthers play from behind the entire game, so they’ll have to throw the ball.
