Stop me if you’ve heard this one before: the Cleveland Browns had low expectations and somehow missed even reaching those, finished with a losing record, and may be staring a rebuild in the face. The Browns started the season just 3-12, and in true Browns fashion, they won their last two games to tank their draft slot. Luckily, they hold the first-round pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars, after last year’s draft-day trade where the Jaguars selected Travis Hunter. With plenty of holes to fill once again, the Browns need to hit on both picks in the first round to set themselves up for success in 2026.

Here are three Cleveland Browns draft targets to take with the 24th overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.

Cleveland Browns Draft Targets at No. 24

Denzel Boston, WR, Washington

The Cleveland Browns need a receiver, and they need one badly. Outside of Jerry Jeudy, their next best receivers are Cedric Tillman, Isaiah Bond and Malachi Corley. Whether Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders is playing quarterback is irrelevant if that is who the Browns trot out at receiver. In a division as tough defensively as the AFC North, that is not going to win you many games.

Boston is a big-bodied receiver at 6’4″, and he has soft hands to complement it. He scored 20 touchdowns over his last two seasons at Washington, and he is solid at coming down with 50-50 balls. On top of his abilities as a receiver, Boston also has some experience as a punt returner, which allows him to play in multiple roles. The Browns have a lot of issues on the offensive side of the ball, but none of them get resolved if they don’t strengthen the skill players that are put around their quarterback, making Boston a solid choice at 24th overall.

Omar Cooper Jr., WR, Indiana

Sticking with the wide receiver train, Omar Cooper Jr. would also fit in the Cleveland Browns’ offense. While he played in the slot at college, Cooper has the size and speed to play on the outside. His ability to play wherever he’s needed on the offense would help the Browns’ offensive flexibility in a big way. It would allow Cleveland to put Tillman and Bond in areas where they excel.

Much like Boston, he has great ability with the ball in his hand after the catch. Drops also aren’t an issue, which is crucial in an offense that has a very low margin for error as it is. The one issue with Cooper is his ability to win contested catches. With that in mind, he would most likely be lined up on the opposite side of Jerry Jeudy as the second option, which makes that less of an issue.

KC Concepcion, WR, Texas A&M

The Cleveland Browns are a team that loves to go for it all. They rarely take the safe option, which is part of the reason why they are always in the mess that they’re in. Judging by their nature, it would make sense for them to swing for one of the most intriguing wide receiver prospects in the draft. KC Concepcion put up some impressive numbers at Texas A&M last year, both as a returner and as a receiver. He totaled 12 touchdowns, with one coming on the ground and two coming as a returner.

Concepcion’s quickness and athleticism are something that you can’t train. It’s a blend that is rarely seen and can be devastating for opposing defenses. He has great instincts as well, and his ability in the open field has led to him making some big plays in crucial moments. Unfortunately, like most other dynamic players, he has severe limitations too. His lack of ability as a route runner, blocker, and his lack of size could limit his effectiveness in the NFL. If there is one team that’s willing to gamble on him turning into one of the most dynamic receivers in the division, it would be the Browns.
