Cameron Thomas Draft Profile
Strengths
Cameron Thomas is a walking bucket in this year’s draft. Thomas is capable of scoring at all three levels but he did a lot of damage for the Tigers by being able to cast up shots from almost anywhere on the floor. If Thomas sees space he is also more than happy to attack it to get to the rim and draw a foul. Thomas’ size also offers the potential to grow as a defender in the NBA
Weaknesses
Thomas is not an elite defender by any means, but this should not be the concerning part of his game for teams. The real problem for Thomas is that he tends to get tunnel vision with the ball and lacks the ability to find an open teammate as effectively as he needs to in order to succeed at the NBA level.
