Best Super Bowl Player Props and Predictions 2025
Xavier Worthy OVER 1.5 Carries (+106 at BetUS)
With the Eagles boasting a top-10 run defense in the NFL this season, the Chiefs are likely going to have to get creative in order to maintain offensive balance in the Super Bowl. Running directly into a front line anchored by Jalen Carter probably won’t yield much in terms of consistent production. The fact that Isiah Pacheco is clearly compromised and Kareem Hunt is not the back he once was is only exacerbating this dilemma.
With all of this in mind, rookie speedster Xavier Worthy could prove to be a real weapon as a wrinkle in the Chiefs rushing attack. Even if it doesn’t lead to huge plays, it will help keep the Eagles’ defense honest. The fact that we can get a plus-price on Worthy to have 2+ rushing attempts makes this an easy choice to include amongst our best Super Bowl player props. Worthy has had at least two carries in four of Kansas City’s last six games.
Patrick Mahomes Longest Completion OVER 35.5 Yards (-107 at BetUS)
Big plays happen in big games. With all of the offensive talent on both rosters, it seems reasonable to expect some big chunk plays at some point during the course of Super Bowl LIX. While there are plenty of ways to bet on big player performances, we’re going a fairly basic route and betting Patrick Mahomes’ longest completion to be over 35.5 yards. Mahomes notably would have hit this Over in six games this season. He also had four additional games where his longest pass completion was exactly 35 yards.
To expand further on that last point, bettors can actually find the best Super Bowl player props offering this line at 34.5 yards at Fanatics Sportsbook. Perhaps I will eat crow for this decision, but this is a rare case where I would rather have a worse line at a better price. If a big play is going to happen, the expectation is that it will surpass the over/under line with ease. Thus the decision to give up an extra yard for a 13-cent advantage on the accompanying odds. Feel free to take the opposite approach and laugh at me when his longest completion once again lands at 35 on the dot!
Nick Bolton UNDER 8.5 Total Tackles (-147 at Fanatics)
While Nick Bolton may be an anchor piece in the middle of the Chiefs’ defense, one can’t help but feel as though his total tackles prop line is inflated ahead of Super Bowl LIX. On the season, Bolton has averaged 6.5 tackles and assists per game. That average notably checks in two full ticks below his current over/under line at Fanatics of 8.5. Other sportsbooks in the market have his total tackles prop set lower at 7.5 as well.
Spanning the course of this NFL season, Bolton has only eclipsed 8.5 total tackles in a game on three occasions. The last time he did so was all the way back on Black Friday. Furthermore, Bolton has only surpassed a half-dozen total tackles once in his last six games played. Bolton did finish with nine and 13 total tackles, respectively in the last two Super Bowls. While it’s true that great players rise to the occasion when the lights are the brightest, the line just feels too high relative to his production spanning the duration of the current season.
A.J. Brown Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+175 at Caesars)
Call me an Ole Miss homer but I just have a feeling that A.J. Brown will reach pay dirt in Super Bowl LIX. Brown scored his eighth touchdown of the campaign spanning both the regular- and postseason in the NFC Championship Game. The Eagles really had their way against a bad Washington defense, but it seems likely that the offense will remain more opened up from a passing standpoint in the Super Bowl just as it was when these two teams met a couple of years back.
It goes without saying that Brown will have to thwart a very stout Kansas City secondary if he is to find the end zone and cash this best Super Bowl player props selection. It is worth pointing out that, while the Chiefs struggled against tight ends in terms of overall production, opposing wideouts did much more damage as far as touchdowns during the regular season. Brown is a true WR1 in terms of talent. A +175 price is simply too good to pass up.
Jake Elliott OVER 1.5 Made Field Goals (+105 at Fanatics)
So long as he is kicking from within 50 yards, Jake Elliott has still been solid enough for the Eagles this season. Now, with a head coach who is known to make questionable decisions and the heightened stakes of the Super Bowl, there is some unpredictability in terms of how many field goal attempts Elliott will have and where they will come from. On the bright side, kicking in the friendly indoor environment of the Caesars Superdome should help extend his range in this game.
The fact that we are able to find a small plus-price on Elliott to make at least two field goals makes this worthy of inclusion amongst our best Super Bowl player props. Prior to the NFC Championship Game, Elliott had successfully converted on multiple field goal attempts in six straight games. Whether the Super Bowl proves to be a more defensive-minded affair or sees plenty of points, the kicking game figures to be very consequential.
