Philadelphia 76ers vs Washington Wizards Betting Preview and Prediction | NBA Playoffs
Eastern Conference Round 1 NBA Playoffs Game 3 (PHI leads 3-0)
Philadelphia 76ers (49-23, 20-16 Away) vs. Washington Wizards (34-38, 19-17 Away)
Date: Monday, May 31, 2021
Time: 7 pm EST
Venue: Capital One Arena — Washington D.C.
Coverage: TNT
Russell Westbrook recorded another triple-double in Game 3 (26 points, 12 rebounds, 10 assists) but the Wizards are just being overpowered by the size and shooting of the 76ers. Outside of Westbrook and Bradley Beal, the Wizards don’t have the consistent offensive firepower to keep up with the 76ers for an entire game.
The 76ers are looking impressive in this series. Obviously, there are bigger fish to fry in the Eastern Conference, but Philadelphia is taking care of its business, as the number one seed should. They are not toying with their opponent and they do not let their emotions derail their play as they have in years past.

76ers vs Wizards Prediction
This NBA prediction uses NumberFire’s probability model. They give Philadelphia a 66.1% chance to win Game 4 of this NBA Playoffs matchup.
The 76ers are able to wrap the series up today, and I expect them to do just that. The Wizards may come out of the gates firing, getting out to a fast start. However, the emotion they are playing with is not enough to compete with the 76ers as soon as Philly as able to control the pace. I’m expecting another double-digit-point 76ers win. (Zach Brunner)
