April 18, 2026

WrestleMania 42 continues on Sunday night with a stacked Night 2 card featuring championship clashes, long-awaited rivalries and several matches with major implications for WWE’s future. While Night 1 sets the tone, Night 2 traditionally delivers some of the biggest moments of the entire weekend.

From headline title matches to grudge bouts that have been building for months, there is no shortage of intrigue across the card. While betting on a professional wrestling is never an exact science, understanding WWE’s booking tendencies, momentum shifts and character arcs can still provide a valuable edge.

Let’s take a look at the odds and share our WWE betting picks, analysis and predictions for the full WrestleMania Night 2 card.

All WWE WrestleMania betting odds are taken from BetUS Sportsbook.

World Heavyweight Championship Match: CM Punk (c) vs. Roman Reigns

Moneyline Odds to Win:

  • CM Punk: (+180)
  • Roman Reigns: (-280)

You know what would really sting? Watching CM Punk lose his first-ever singles main event at WrestleMania. Yet, if the betting odds and overall trajectory of this feud are any indication, that may be exactly where things are headed. If there is one thing we have learned about Roman Reigns over the years, it is that he is not easily defeated.

Reigns wasted little time choosing Punk as his WrestleMania 42 opponent after winning the Royal Rumble earlier this year. The history between the two adds intrigue, with Punk playing a role in bringing Reigns and The Shield into WWE over a decade ago. Unfortunately, the execution of this build has left a bit to be desired, as the feud has struggled to fully capitalize on that history.

One wrinkle worth monitoring is the teased reformation of The Bloodline. While it has not been front and center in recent weeks, Jimmy and Jey Uso were involved early in the build. With both set to compete on Night 1, it raises the question of whether Reigns could have backup in his corner when it matters most.

Add everything up and victory for Reigns feels like the most likely result. The primary case for Punk lies in Reigns’ part-time status, but at +180, the return is not strong enough to justify the risk.

WWE Betting Picks: Roman Reigns (-280)

WWE Women’s Championship Match: Jade Cargill (c) vs. Rhea Ripley

Moneyline Odds to Win:

  • Jade Cargill: (+225)
  • Rhea Ripley: (-350)

Hopefully, the in-ring action delivers more than the somewhat uneven build to this WWE Women’s Championship matchup. Rhea Ripley earned her opportunity by winning the Elimination Chamber, setting up a clash between two of the most physically dominant stars in the division.

The lead-up has leaned heavily on underwhelming verbal exchanges, but the dynamic has shifted in Jade Cargill’s favor at times thanks to the presence of B-Fab and Michin. With the numbers advantage, the champion has been able to get the better of Ripley on multiple occasions heading into WrestleMania.

As one of the biggest fan favorites in WWE today, Ripley’s status as a heavy favorite makes sense on the surface. However, this may not be as one-sided as the odds suggest. If Cargill once again has backup at ringside, the playing field changes significantly.

From a betting perspective, +225 implies roughly a 30% chance of Cargill retaining. Given the circumstances, that number feels low. Ripley can absorb a loss without long-term damage, while the current setup points toward a scenario where Cargill finds a way to escape with the title.

WWE Betting Picks: Jade Cargill (+225)

Men’s Singles Match: Brock Lesnar vs. Oba Femi

Moneyline Odds to Win:

  • Brock Lesnar: (+180)
  • Oba Femi: (-280)

Paul Heyman may not be the most honest man, but his claim that this is the “real” main event of WrestleMania 42 is hard to ignore. Brock Lesnar and Oba Femi are set to kick off Night 2 with a clash that feels worthy of that label, pitting two generational forces against one another.

There are a couple of key factors to consider when making a prediction. First, Femi has gotten the better of nearly every physical exchange between these two over the past month. While that has helped establish the idea that “The Beast Incarnate” may have finally met his match, it also leaves the door open for a potential WrestleMania swing in Lesnar’s favor.

The other element to monitor is the possibility that this could be one of Lesnar’s final matches in WWE. There have been subtle teases pointing in that direction, and if true, it would significantly impact the expected outcome. That said, there is no way to know for certain. Despite his legacy, Lesnar has actually gone just 6-6 at WrestleMania, showing that even he is not immune to losses on the biggest stage.

If this is indeed a passing-of-the-torch moment, the most logical outcome is for Femi to use this as a launching point into sustained dominance. As tempting as it may be to chase a curveball, the safer play is to follow the momentum.

WWE Betting Picks: Oba Femi (-280)

United States Championship Match: Sami Zayn (c) vs. Trick Williams

Moneyline Odds to Win:

  • Sami Zayn: (-115)
  • Trick Williams: (-125)

Relative to the probabilities implied by the betting odds, this stands out as one of the more intriguing plays of the weekend. Sami Zayn reclaimed the United States Championship by defeating Carmelo Hayes in an open challenge, a result that did not sit well with a fanbase that felt Hayes deserved a WrestleMania spot.

The build since then has been somewhat awkward. Zayn, despite being positioned as the face, has drawn consistent boos, while Trick Williams carries some heel-like traits but is already resonating as an emerging fan favorite. From the celebrity involvement of Lil Yachty to bringing out an actual gingerbread man on the go-home episode of SmackDown, Williams has delivered from an entertainment standpoint.

With that dynamic in mind, a double-turn feels very much in play. Zayn has already shown signs of leaning back into a heel persona, and in what is essentially a pick’em matchup, that shift could be the deciding factor. A more opportunistic version of the champion points toward a retention by any means necessary.

WWE Betting Picks: Sami Zayn (-115)

Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match: Penta (c) vs. Je’Von Evans vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Dragon Lee vs. JD McDonagh vs. Rusev

Moneyline Odds to Win:

  • Penta: (-175)
  • Je’Von Evans: (-125)
  • Rey Mysterio: (+500)
  • Dragon Lee: (+800)
  • JD McDonagh: (+1000)
  • Rusev: (+1200)

How can you not be excited about a six-man ladder match with the Intercontinental Championship on the line? The stipulation alone guarantees chaos, and this field is loaded with high-end athleticism. Penta, Je’Von Evans and Dragon Lee headline the highlight-reel potential, while JD McDonagh is more than capable of stealing the show if given the opening.

Rusev adds a completely different element with his power, and Rey Mysterio is always a factor on a stage like this given his experience and ability to create big moments. With so many moving parts, this is the type of match where opportunity can come from anywhere.

From a storytelling standpoint, momentum around Penta’s title run has cooled slightly, which opens the door for a shift. That makes this a strong spot for a rising star, and Evans fits that mold. In a match built for breakout performances, backing the ascending talent makes sense.

WWE Betting Picks: Je’Von Evans (-125)

THE JUDGMENT DAY TURNS ON FINN BALOR 😱

WHAT JUST HAPPENED! pic.twitter.com/zROkvUJQNr

— WWE (@WWE) March 10, 2026

Men’s Singles Match: Dominik Mysterio vs. “The Demon” Finn Balor

Moneyline Odds to Win:

  • Dominik Mysterio: (+400)
  • Finn Balor: (-700)

The falling out between former Judgment Day members Dominik Mysterio and Finn Balor has been building for months. At last year’s WrestleMania, Mysterio actually pinned Balor in a multi-man match to win the Intercontinental Championship, planting the seeds for this split. The breaking point came last month when Balor refused to allow JD McDonagh to assist Mysterio during a title match, further driving the wedge between the two.

With no championship on the line, the build has been relatively minimal outside of the Judgment Day’s attack on Balor several weeks ago. However, the return of Balor’s “Demon” persona adds immediate intrigue, marking his first appearance in that form since WrestleMania 2023.

From a booking perspective, this feels like a reset moment for Balor as a singles competitor. Reestablishing him as a legitimate contender is the clear direction, and this is the ideal spot to do it. Given that outlook, there is little reason to overthink the betting angle.

WWE Betting Picks: Finn Balor (-700)
