The Wild road a perfect performance from goaltender Cam Talbot to a 1-0 OT upset win in Game 1. Since then, Minnesota has looked much more like the massive NHL betting underdog that many had pegged them to be ahead of this series. Two home games went about as poorly as possible for the Wild. They were outscored 9-2 on their home ice and got shut out in a crucial Game 4. Now, they’ll be forced to stave off elimination and get this matchup back to Saint Paul.

The Golden Knights have looked dominant ever since that Game 1 slip nine days ago. Marc-Andre Fleury stopped all 35 shots he faced to earn the shutout in Game 4. He has only allowed the Wild to score four goals over the first four games combined. Offensively, the Golden Knights were led by a pair of goals from Nicolas Roy in Game 4. The atmosphere figures to be electric at T-Mobile Arena tonight. The Knights are deserving NHL betting favorites as they look to close out this NHL Playoffs series. There’s a reason why VGK tied the Colorado Avalanche for the most points in the NHL regular season. The two teams appear to be on a collision course to meet in the next round in what very well could be the series of the Stanley Cup Playoffs this year.
