They may not have finished atop the Central Division standings in the regular season, but the Lightning aren’t messing around in the NHL Playoffs. Outside of the Panthers grabbing an overtime victory in Game 3, this series has been thoroughly dominated by Tampa Bay. Alex Killornm led the way in a 6-2 Game 4 victory with a pair of goals and two assists. Nikita Kucherov was also spectacular with a goal and three assists. The Lightning can never be counted out when it comes to NHL betting so long as Andrei Vasilevskiy is between the pipes. He stopped 39 of 41 shots in Saturday’s win and has flummoxed the Panthers for the majority of this series.

With so much talent and experience across the way, what will it take for the Panthers to force a Game 6 in this NHL Playoffs series? For starters, whoever draws the start in net on Monday will need to show up. Florida has suffered greatly from poor goaltending out of Sergei Bobrovsky in this series. After allowing 5 goals on just 14 shots, he was yanked from the Game 4 beatdown in favor of Chris Driedger. It wouldn’t come as a shock to see Joel Quenneville roll with his back up again tonight. For a team that went 20-5-3 on home ice this season, benign relegated to NHL betting underdogs in an elimination game is eye-opening.
