Buckle up college football fans: the biggest game of the season is finally here! After Alabama won the SEC title game matchup between the two schools, both sides were able to win their respective College Football Playoff semifinals to set up this highly-anticipated rematch. For all the hatred being spewed over the current playoff format, it seems pretty safe to say that the two best teams in the country are set to battle in the CFP National Championship Game. While there are plenty of betting picks to be made on “The Natty”, fans are also encouraged to check out the array of Georgia vs Alabama college football DFS picks and props being offered at Underdog Fantasy.

The following article provides a brief intro to the phenomenal Underdog Fantasy platform and offers up a handful of DFS picks and college football player props to consider for the Georgia vs Alabama CFP National Championship Game matchup.

What is Underdog Fantasy?

Underdog Fantasy might be most known for their live DFS drafts, but they also offer pick’em contests. In essence, making college football DFS picks on Underdog combines daily fantasy sports and player props into one. Available to those in non-sports betting states, a wide variety of player props exist for tonight’s Georgia vs Alabama CFP National Championship Game. The more props a user combines together, the greater their potential payout.

Unlike some other platforms in the market, Underdog Fantasy also allows users the flexibility to pick and choose which props they combine together. You can even combine DFS picks from multiple sports and games! When making Underdog Fantasy college football picks, the only limitations are truly the user’s own imagination and creativity.

Underdog Fantasy Pick’em Payout

For the pick’em game format, users string player props together to form a parlay. If one pick is wrong, the entire college football DFS parlay fails. However, cashing can give a very nice payout, with more picks meaning a higher multiplier.

  • 2 Picks: 3x
  • 3 Picks: 6x
  • 4 Picks: 10x
  • 5 Picks: 20x

Much like betting odds move and update throughout the day and week, props at Underdog Fantasy also move. In other words, if there is a prop you like, make sure you place it quickly.

Stetson Bennett (UGA) Over 14.5 Rushing Yards

The SEC Championship Game matchup between these teams is one that Georgia quarterback Stetson Bennett would like to soon forget. A major emphasis for him on Monday night will be avoiding costly turnovers and mistakes. However, one wrinkle that the Bulldogs are likely to try is getting Bennett involved in the run game. UGA has designed quarterback runs for Bennett on several occasions over the course of the season. While he had only 11 yards on seven attempts in the first meeting against Alabama, Bennett totaled 32 yards in the Orange Bowl semifinal against Michigan. He has the wheels to go over this college football DFS prop on a single carry.

Brian Robinson Jr. (ALA) Under 65.5 Rushing Yards

After watching Brian Robinson rumble for 198 yards in Alabama’s Cotton Bowl win over Cincinnati, many might be inclined to play over on this college football DFS prop. However, running the ball against Georgia’s ferocious defensive front is much easier said than done. Robinson saw 16 carries in the SEC title game but only finished with 55 yards. Even though the Bulldogs will be forced to make defensive adjustments in order to slow down the Crimson Tide passing attack, this Underdog Fantasy line is still worth playing under.

Zamir White (UGA) Under 50.5 Rushing Yards

When it comes to college football picks for rushing yardage tonight, taking the over on Stetson Bennett is an outlier. Much like the Brian Robinson Underdog Fantasy prop above, Georgia RB Zamir White figures to struggle to find running room in the CFP National Championship Game. Alabama’s defense actually was slightly better than Georgia’s against the run this season allowing only 83.4 yards per game. That mark stands as the second-fewest in all of FBS. White totaled just 27 yards on seven carries in the first meeting between the teams. The Bulldogs have a stable of running backs they like to deploy. While White has been the lead ball-carrier all season, a tough matchup combined with split touches makes the under the best choice.

James Cook (UGA) Over 21.5 Receiving Yards

Despite the presence of a star wideout in George Pickens and always-reliable tight end Brock Bowers, it was running back James Cook who led Georgia in receiving yards against Michigan in the Orange Bowl. That 112-yard performance followed up a four-catch, 28-yard showing against Alabama in the SEC Championship.

Much like his older brother Dalvin, Cook is a true dual-threat RB. He figures to serve as a frequent check-down option for Stetson Bennet in Monday’s game. Given his play-making abilities in space, taking over on 21.5 receiving yards is worth including among our Underdog Fantasy college football DFS picks.

Slade Bolden (ALA) Over 41.5 Receiving Yards

A lot of college football DFS players are overlooking the fact that Alabama lost one of its top two receivers in the SEC title game. Due to a torn ACL, John Metchie will not be on the field in Monday’s Georgia vs Alabama rematch. Even in a Cotton Bowl semifinal in which the Crimson Tide rode Brian Robinson and the run game to victory, junior wideout Slade Bolden still made an impact with 31 yards and a touchdown reception. Of course, Alabama will have no choice but to ramp up their passing volume in the natty, and Bolden will benefit from working alongside future NFL star Jameson Williams. Bolden also had 54 yards receiving on five catches in the first game against Georgia. Make sure to include the over among your college football picks.
