Trevor Lawrence Highlights

Trevor Lawrence Draft Profile

Strengths

What is there to say about Trevor Lawrence that we didn’t find out his freshman year? Lawrence has tremendous arm strength. He also sees the field like and NFL quarterback already, picking apart the defense with ease. Lawrence looks calm in the pocket, manipulating it when need be. One underrated skill of his may be his legs, since he is more than capable of outrunning linebackers.

Weaknesses

As with any quarterback who has seen only success essentially, Lawrence doesn’t like to give up on plays. Instead of throwing it away, he is more willing to extend the play and sometimes force bad throws. Lawrence also has the tendency of getting locked onto his first read. Given the skill around him and playing in the ACC, he knew his players would eventually win their matchups. This won’t work in Jacksonville.
