After being held to only three points through the first three quarters of last Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons, the Saints’ offense appeared to flip a switch in the final 15 minutes. Unfortunately, a rally that actually saw New Orleans take a one-point lead fell short in the end. After losing Jameis Winston for the season to injury, Sean Payton’s squad might be facing an even more difficult situation on Sunday. Star running back Alvin Kamara has yet to practice this week with a knee injury. Although it has been described as “mild”, there is certainly concern going into this pivotal NFL betting matchup.
Fortunately, the Saints did trade for veteran Mark Ingram prior to the NFL’s trade deadline. Now on his second stint in New Orleans, Ingram has already been making an impact. The Titans continued to defy all odds last Sunday with a defensive clinic in a massive road win over the Los Angeles Rams.
