When is the 2025 NFL Draft?

The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The draft will take place in Green Bay, WI, which brings plenty of potential challenges. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 25th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, April 26th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.

Strengths

RJ Harvey is a slippery running back when it comes to making defenders with great balance and cuts. Using his size, Harvey developed a great law-center of balance to work behind the line of scrimmage when choosing what running lane to hit. Even though he is slippery, Harvey is not afraid to lower his shoulder and run through defenders. Getting better every season at UCF, Harvey continues to develop his game.

Weaknesses

While Harvey’s ability to keep balance when choosing a hole is great, you would want to see him be more decisive as defenders get bigger and faster at the next level. Harvey struggles when changing speeds to avoid defenders. His small frame is not ideal for picking up blitzing linebackers.
