The Rams are coming off their first loss of the season, losing to the Arizona Cardinals by 17. Simply, the Rams made a couple costly mistakes and could force the Cardinals to make any. They will look to get back on track Thursday and establish a rhythm early. However, they should feel good about where they are regardless, with games against the Giants, Lions and Texans to finish up the month of October.

While this game isn’t a must-win for the Seahawks either, it is a more important game for them. They currently sit at 2-2, with matchups against the Steelers, Saints, Jaguars, Packers and Cardinals next on the schedule. To keep on-brand with previous seasons, the Seahawks’ offense has been solid, while the defense has yet to show up. With a home primetime matchup, this is a game where Jamal Adams, the league’s highest-paid safety, needs to show up. However, the Seahawks do have trends on their side. Since 2012, which is the start of Russell Wilson’s career with the team, Seattle is 19-3 in home night games — the best record in the league during that span.
