In one of the biggest of the NFL season to this point, the San Francisco 49ers completely embarrassed the Philadelphia Eagles. Clearly, this will result in the Niners claiming the top spot in the Week 14 NFL Power Rankings. However, let’s see how the remaining 31 teams are ranked.

The 32 teams below are ranked both on where they stand and where they are projected to go. This means that the injuries of today do play a major factor. The NFL is a short season and every loss matters.

With that being said, let’s jump into the Week 14 NFL Power Rankings!

NFL Power Rankings For Week 14

1) San Francisco 49ers (Last Week: 2)

While it was a slow start, the San Francisco 49ers ended up dominating the Philadelphia Eagles in Philly, winning by 23 points. The defense locked down the Eagles win it mattered, but the headlines are clearly all dominated by the new NFL MVP favorite: Brock Purdy. The 49ers’ QB is playing as well as he can, lifting the Niners to the top spot in the Week 14 NFL Power Rankings.

2) Philadelphia Eagles (1)

This will likely be a wake-up game for the Eagles, and you usually don’t want to win the first game of the season with a fellow competitor, so there is zero reason to panic for Philadelphia. However, they must refocus quickly. This week, the Eagles head to Dallas where the Cowboys look unbeatable. D’Andre Swift left last week’s game injured and Jalen Hurts isn’t fully healthy either, so we will see if they will be able to keep up with a hot Cowboys offense.

3) Baltimore Ravens (4)

The Baltimore Ravens were on bye this past week.

4) Kansas City Chiefs (3)

The Kansas City Chiefs are not in panic mode after losing the the Green Bay Packers, even though some fans are going crazy. The offense still needs someone to step up and take some attention away from Travis Kelce. However, Kansas City lost this past week due to defensive issues and officiating. They had already been down star inside linebacker and signal caller Nick Bolton. His backup left the game early as well. This, along with other injuries, led to too many miscommunications and the Packers took advantage (credit to them). With Bolton likely returning to the lineup this week, the panic level should remain low.

5) Dallas Cowboys (5)

The Dallas Cowboys kicked last week off with a win, as they found a way to defeat a decent Seattle team on Thursday. Dak Prescott continues to play the best football of his career, and the offensive line is really gelling. Defensively, Geno Smith seemed to expose some things, but they will continue to be opportunistic. This week will be a true test, as the Cowboys get a rematch with the Eagles at home. We’ll see if this Cowboys team is legit.

6) Miami Dolphins (6)

The Miami Dolphins are a team poised to rise in the NFL Power Rankings, but they still need to show up to play against above-average teams. Still, they are taking care of business against the teams they should beat. Tyreek Hill continues to be the best offensive weapon in football, the backfield is getting healthier, and the defense is finally settling into the new Vic Fangio scheme. This is a good team.

7) Detroit Lions (7)

The Detroit Lions got back on the right track with a win over the New Orleans Saints. This win also essentially solidifies the Lions getting a top-three seed, earning the opportunity to host a playoff game. However, this doesn’t mean Detroit isn’t without issues. This Lions defense may not be able to stop anyone, which is why the Saints stormed back into the game. They face a Chicago Bears team this week that not only nearly beat them a few weeks ago, but Chicago is also coming off of a bye week. Detroit needs to take care of business in order to avoid falling in the NFL Power Rankings.

8) Buffalo Bills (10)

The Buffalo Bills were on bye this past week.

9) Jacksonville Jaguars (8)

The Jacksonville Jaguars lost a close game to the Cincinnati Bengals. However, the bigger story was the Trevor Lawrence injury. The injury status is still a bit up in the air, but it sounds like a sprained ankle. If Lawrence is to miss several weeks, the Jags will fall further down the NFL Power Rankings.

10) Pittsburgh Steelers (9)

Another quarterback injury this week was Kenny Pickett, and he is expected to miss a few weeks. However, going from Pickett to Mitch Trubisky isn’t much of a downgrade. The Pittsburgh defense is still elite, but the offense needs to find some sort of chemistry and rhythm quickly for them to hang onto a playoff spot.

11) Seattle Seahawks (11)

12) Houston Texans (12)

13) Los Angeles Rams (14)

14) Denver Broncos (13)

15) Cincinnati Bengals (16)

16) Indianapolis Colts (19)

17) Cleveland Browns (15)

18) Minnesota Vikings (20)

19) Green Bay Packers (24)

20) Los Angeles Chargers (15)

21) New Orleans Saints (18)

22) Atlanta Falcons (22)

23) Tampa Bay Buccaneers (21)

24) Tennessee Titans (23)

25) New York Jets (25)

26) Chicago Bears (27)

27) Washington Commanders (26)

28) Arizona Cardinals (28)

29) New York Giants (29)

30) Las Vegas Raiders (30)

31) New England Patriots (31)

32) Carolina Panthers (32)
