A native of Walker, Louisiana, Le’Veon Moss spent the entirety of his four-year college career in College Station at Texas A&M. From his sophomore to senior seasons, he averaged no fewer than 5.0 yards per attempt on the ground. Unfortunately, he suffered multiple injuries in college that prevented him from playing a full slate of games. Thus, his counting stats are a little lean compared to other prospects.

When is the 2026 NFL Draft?
The 2026 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 23, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. This year’s draft will take place in Pittsburgh, PA. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 24th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, April 25th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.

Strengths
Moss is a big-bodied, downhill runner who thrives on physicality. His size and strength allow him to run with power and consistently generate extra yardage after initial contact. He maintains good balance and shows decisiveness as a runner, attacking lanes with purpose. His skill set translates very well in short-yardage situations.
While he lacks top-end speed, Moss does possess enough burst to reach the second level and keep plays moving. He also adds value in pass protection, where he has shown the ability to step up and effectively handle blitzers.
Weaknesses
Durability is a major concern for Moss entering the NFL. He has dealt with multiple injuries over the past three seasons, including hamstring, knee, and ankle issues, and his physical running style invites frequent contact. This raises questions about his long-term availability.
From an athletic standpoint, Moss offers limited speed and lateral agility. He is not an elusive runner and can struggle to create on his own when lanes are not clearly defined. Additionally, his impact as a receiver is minimal, as he was rarely used in the passing game throughout his college career.
