Jack Sanborn Draft Profile
Strengths
Jack Sanborn can be very effective in a scheme that fits his skills. While he is not the ballhawk some once thought he could be, but he is very capable on the blitz and loves getting into the backfield. He is also a solid special teams player and has three years of starting experience behind him.
Weaknesses
Sanborn likely would not be able to play all three downs in the NFL. He is not particularly fast or big, he does not excel in coverage and he has short arms, which contribute to a missed tackle rate of over 17%. His best outcome is a spot on special teams and a role player within a defense.
