The time has come. It is officially “do or die” time in fantasy football for those who haven’t yet made the playoffs. Congratulations go out to those who made it, but for those who didn’t, you still have some work to do. With running backs going down like flies last week, the running back position becomes arguably the most important position this week. With the playoffs possibly on the line, here are three running back streamers you can trust to get you over the hump.

Read on for three RB fantasy football streamers that are worth consideration for Week 13. In some cases, one might still be able to claim these rushers off of waivers. In order to be included in the fantasy football RB streamers article, they must be rostered in less than 60 percent of ESPN leagues.

Fantasy Football Streamers | Week 13 RBs

Tevin Coleman | New York Jets vs PHI (24%)

Ty Johnson was one of the names flying around fantasy football circles after lead back Michael Carter was put on IR for the Jets. Good thing we were there to tell you about Tevin Coleman. It was very clearly Coleman’s time to shine, as he amassed 16 carries along with two receptions. Coleman came along with head coach Robert Saleh from San Francisco and is certainly on his good side. There is no reason to think Coleman’s role will change this week after his performance this past week.

Not only does Coleman have a stable role in this offense, but he has a pretty good matchup as well. The Eagles are 25th against fantasy football running backs. The Houston Texans, who the Jets played last week, surprisingly rank better, at 23rd. With all signs pointing to an even better matchup for Coleman this week, he will be a solid play for any team regardless of scoring settings.

Boston Scott | Philadelphia Eagles at NYJ (17.1%)

At this point, it’s very clear that Nick Sirianni has a lot of love for Boston Scott. Even as sometimes the third option on the depth chart for the Eagles, Scott has had double-digit carries four of the last five weeks. Not only does Scott get plenty of sneaky work on the ground, but he’s recently been getting some love in the passing game as well. In each of the last three weeks, Scott has had two receptions.

With the status of Miles Sanders and Jordan Howard still in the air, Scott is a great play this week. With a bye coming up for the Eagles after this week, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Sanders and Howard get more rest than they’d usually get so as not to aggravate any injuries before an off week. Although Scott’s boom potential is smaller than others, his floor is solid, especially with a matchup against the Jets and their defense ranked dead last against running backs.

Ronald Jones II | Tampa Bay Buccaneers at SEA (20.4%)

It is no secret that Leonard Fournette has forcefully taken the starting role from Ronald Jones II this season. With that in mind, it is interesting to note that even as second fiddle in this offense, Jones has reached the end zone in each of his last two games. Although banking on a touchdown is a risky decision, remember that Tampa Bay has the luxury of playing the Atlanta Falcons this week.

Not only is Atlanta the 29th-ranked defense against fantasy football running backs, but the Patriots have already paved the way for how to annihilate the Falcons. We can expect the Bucs to not only pound the rock, but also to switch out the two backs to keep them both healthy. In a game that should get out of hand extremely quickly, that just means Tampa Bay will likely be running the ball even more than usual. With all the byes and injuries, you can certainly do worse than Jones.
