Fantasy Football Start ’em, Sit ’em: Week 12 QBs
Start: Geno Smith Fantasy Outlook vs. Raiders
Fresh off a bye week, Geno Smith is back this week and belongs back in your lineup. The QB7 through the first 11 weeks of the season, Smith has four straight games with at least 210 yards passing and two touchdowns. He also has multiple touchdowns in eight out of 10 games this season. He draws a matchup with the Las Vegas Raiders, who are allowing 21.4 fantasy points per game (fppg) to opposing QBs on the season. Geno Smith is a high-floor QB1 this week, as he has proven to be a solid starter this season.
Start: Jimmy Garoppolo Fantasy Outlook vs. Saints
Jimmy Garoppolo is coming off his best fantasy game of the season, where he passed for 228 yards and four touchdowns. With that, he has now scored either a passing or rushing touchdown in each of his starts and has multiple touchdowns in five of his last six games. The New Orleans Saints are allowing 17.4 fppg, which is about average, but the last time Garoppolo played them he also threw for 349 yards and four touchdowns. We’re not promising another four touchdowns, but he is a solid fantasy football streamer at QB.

Sit: Daniel Jones Fantasy Outlook vs. Cowboys
Last week, Daniel Jones was featured in this article on the start side. As predicted, he did very well against the Detroit Lions, finishing as the QB3 on the week. This week, he has a matchup with the Dallas Cowboys, who are only giving up 13.4 fppg to opposing QBs. In his four complete games against the Cowboys, Jones has averaged 14.3 fantasy points. In Dallas, he has put up only 10.4 and 5.8 fantasy points.
If you start Jones this week, you will likely have an upset stomach when you are trying to fit one more piece of pie in. Be thankful you started him last week and don’t chase the points. However, you can play this Daniel Jones NFL DFS prop on PrizePicks.
Sit: Aaron Rodgers Fantasy Outlook vs. Eagles
On the one hand, Aaron Rodgers is coming off of his two best fantasy games of the season, with 19.4 fantasy points against the Cowboys and 19.1 against the Tennessee Titans. He has five touchdowns over those two games, all to his new favorite WR Christian Watson, and no interceptions. This week, he draws a matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles, who are holding opposing QBs to 10.6 fppg. While he has historically done well against the Eagles, he has still looked out of sync with his receivers. If you have another viable option, this fantasy football start ’em, sit ’em suggests you bench Mr. Rodgers.
