Fantasy Football Week 12 QB Streamers

Jimmy Garoppolo Fantasy Streamer vs NO (46.3%)

As is the case every week, Jimmy Garoppolo isn’t the flashiest option, but he’s a very good one. After struggling early on in the season, Garoppolo has put up 16 or more fantasy points in five of the last six weeks and has a good matchup against the New Orleans Saints.

The main reason why Garoppolo has been so good this season is due to his ability to take care of the ball. Garoppolo has turned the ball over just six times over the last nine games. The Saints defense has struggled to generate turnovers all year, forcing just six over 11 games. With the trend for both likely to continue, all signs point to Garoppolo being a solid fantasy football Week 12 QB streamer.

Ryan Tannehill Fantasy Streamer vs CIN (8.0%)

Since coming back from injury in Week 10, Ryan Tannehill has been on a tear. Although it has only been a two-week stretch, it has been impressive with some of the defenses he’s faced.

Over the past two weeks, Tannehill has thrown for over 250 yards and two touchdowns in both games. In both weeks, he also posted 19 or more fantasy points. This week, Tannehill gets to face off against the Cincinnati Bengals at home. The Bengals have one or fewer sacks in six of their 10 games this year. If Tannehill can stay upright in the pocket, he should be able to pick apart this Bengals defense.

Derek Carr Fantasy Streamer at SEA (55.5%)

Derek Carr has struggled this year and has frustrated plenty of fantasy owners over the course of the season. The last three weeks, however, Carr has been much better. Carr has thrown for over 240 yards and two touchdowns and no turnovers in each of his last three performances. This week, Carr faces off against a Seattle Seahawks defense that has struggled this season.

Seattle’s defense has thrived on sacks and forcing turnovers. Over the last three weeks, however, Seattle has forced just three turnovers. These performances came against the New York Giants, Arizona Cardinals and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. None of those teams’ offense have been good at taking care of the ball either. With Carr’s improved ability to take care of the ball and Seattle struggling to force turnovers lately, Carr should be a good streaming option this week.
