Celtics vs Nets Prediction

The stars for the Brooklyn Nets couldn’t have played much worse in Game 2 back in Boston. Tough defense and simply behind off limited Kevin Durant to 4/17 shooting. As for Kyrie Irving, it’s possible fatigue was setting in. There was video of him running to get a banana to eat once the sun was down since he is currently observing Ramadan.

However, back at home, we should see the Nets pick things up. Yes, defense travels, and the Celtics have the best defense in the NBA Playoffs. A possible return of Robert Williams III would also give Boston their rim protector back. However, role-players often play better at home, and it would be surprising to see the Celtics’ role players continue the same level of play in Boston.

We also don’t need to avoid the obvious, which is the NBA refs will lean towards the Nets tonight. This is a fantastic series that is great for ratings. Look for Brooklyn to tough out a win against Boston, crawling back into this series.

Celtics vs Nets Prediction: Nets 114, Celtics 109
