The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The draft will take place in Green Bay, WI, which brings plenty of potential challenges. Walter Nolen is a high-motor defensive lineman. He has a great build to be a versatile player along the line, giving his future coordinator some versatility where he lines up. Nolen is an outstanding tackler. He is a powerhouse, possessing great power and explosiveness.
Weaknesses
While Nolen is powerful and has a great motor, he has essentially no pass-rush skill. He doesn’t bring much push aside from the initial surge. Nolen also has no pass-rush moves. Simply, he tries to out-power everyone he matches up against. While this works in college, it won’t in the NFL. He will be a project for a good coach.
