When is the 2025 NFL Draft?
The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The draft will take place in Green Bay, WI, which brings plenty of potential challenges. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 25th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, April 26th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.

Strengths
The reason why Elic Ayomanor has piqued the attention of NFL scouts is due to his blend of size, strength and work ethic needed to make it at the NFL. He is more than willing to block in the run game and can be counted on to make acrobatic catches when needed as well. He has shown success against good competition as well. Ayomanor racked up a school-record 294 receiving yards on 13 catches in a game where Stanford came back from a 29-0 deficit to the Colorado Buffaloes, including a touchdown in overtime where he pulled down the ball over cornerback Travis Hunter.
Weaknesses
The biggest issue for Ayomanor is his lack of speed. While he does give the desired height teams are looking for, his lack of speed could cause him to struggle to break free against cornerbacks at the next level. Ayomanor also has trouble catching the ball at times, leading to many more drops than he should have.
