When is the 2025 NFL Draft?
The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The draft will take place in Green Bay, WI, which brings plenty of potential challenges. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 25th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, April 26th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.

Strengths
Kelvin Banks Jr. brings quickness and explosiveness to the offensive line. He plays with a low pad level, and he continues to be just as mobile when playing low. When squared up against a defender, he can do whatever he wants. Banks is also athletic in space, plays with great balance, and he is effective in getting up to the second level and making blocks.
Weaknesses
While Banks played his college career at tackle, his lack of length will essentially require him to play guard in the NFL. His lack of length will be a weakness against the long, talented edge rushers in the NFL. And while he should be able to hold his own on the interior, it is a bit of an unknown and will undoubtedly require an adjustment period.
Banks was also a bit sloppy in pass protection in college, leaning too far forward and reaching. A slide inside will assist with this, but he will also be required to anchor against the bull rush more.
