The NFL has reached its halfway point in the season. Some teams have given up on the season already, while others strengthened their teams for a run to make the playoffs and ultimately the Super Bowl. A lot of change has happened in the five weeks since the first NFL Futures Division odds article. Only one division is tied at the top while another division has three teams with six wins, making it a great time to bet the NFL futures betting odds.

Below, we go over the standings of each NFC division, as well as the NFL futures betting odds to win each division, thanks to BetOnline Sportsbook.

NFL Futures Betting Odds to Win Each NFC Division

    NFC East

    1. Philadelphia Eagles: 8-0 — (-500)
    2. Dallas Cowboys: 6-2 — (+450)
    3. New York Giants: 6-2 — (+1100)
    4. Washington Commanders: 4-5 — (+12500)

The Philadelphia Eagles are still unbeaten through eight games, adding wins against the Arizona Cardinals, Dallas Cowboys, Pittsburgh Steelers and Houston Texans. The Eagles have a somewhat easy schedule from here on out. Can they run the table? The Dallas Cowboys went 3-1 in this stretch of games between Weeks 5-8 before their bye, winning against the Los Angeles Rams, Detroit Lions and Chicago Bears.

Also going 3-1 in this stretch was the New York Giants, beating the Green Bay Packers in London, coming back against the Baltimore Ravens and holding off the Jacksonville Jaguars. Brian Daboll is putting up some good numbers for him to be NFL Coach of the Year. The Washington Commanders have turned their season around a bit. After losing four straight, they won three straight (Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, Indianapolis Colts) to get back to .500 before losing to the Minnesota Vikings.

    NFC NORTH

    1. Minnesota Vikings: 7-1 — (-4000)
    2. Green Bay Packers: 3-6 — (+1200)
    3. Chicago Bears: 3-6 — (+4000)
    4. Detroit Lions: 2-6 — (+3300)

The Minnesota Vikings have not lost since Week 2 since they played the Eagles on Monday Night Football. In Weeks 5-9, they won against the Chicago Bears, Miami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals and Washington Commanders. Green Bay has to be the biggest disappointment of the NFL this season. They have now lost five in a row. Some fans are even calling for Jordan Love to start. These five losses were to the New York Giants and Jets, Commanders, Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions. Surprisingly, they made no moves during the trade deadline.

The Chicago Bears, on the other hand, went out and traded for Chase Claypool to help out Justin Fields. He was only there for the loss to the Miami Dolphins, but the Bears actually kept it close. Can the Bears finish ahead of the Packers? Then, the Hard Knocks team of the Detroit Lions. The Lions might be tanking for next year, as they have only two wins through nine weeks and traded away their Pro Bowl tight end in TJ Hockenson.

    NFC SOUTH

    1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 4-5 — (-200)
    2. Atlanta Falcons: 4-5 — (+300)
    3. New Orleans Saints: 3-6 — (+500)
    4. Carolina Panthers: 2-7 — (+5000)

The NFC South is the only division in the NFL where each team is under .500. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers beat the Falcons in Week 5 to keep them ahead right now, but losing to the Pittsburgh Steelers, Carolina Panthers and Baltimore Ravens. Their last-second victory over the Los Angeles Rams put the Buccaneers back on top of the division. The Atlanta Falcons have split their last six games.

The New Orleans Saints have been underwhelming this year, sitting at 3-6 with wins over the Falcons, Seattle Seahawks and Las Vegas Raiders. The Carolina Panthers have entered tank status. They have traded away Christian McCaffrey and Robbie Anderson after firing Matt Rhule. Their only two wins so far on the season have been upsets against their division rivals.

    NFC WEST

    1. Seattle Seahawks: 6-3 — (+125)
    2. San Francisco 49ers: 4-4 — (-130)
    3. Los Angeles Rams: 3-5 — (+1200)
    4. Arizona Cardinals: 3-6 — (+4500)

The Seattle Seahawks and the resurgence of Geno Smith have surprised much of the NFL and taken the lead in the NFC West. After losing to the New Orleans Saints, the Seahawks have beat the Arizona Cardinals (twice), Los Angeles Chargers and the Giants. A game-and-a-half behind is the San Francisco 49ers, with wins against the Carolina Panthers and the Los Angeles Rams. Speaking of the Rams, they have had a Super Bowl hangover so far as they are nowhere near the team they were last year. As for the Arizona Cardinals, Hard Knocks in-season should be a good show.
