If you have a little uncertainty at the wide receiver position, you may need to search the waivers to see who is available for a plug and play. These are the top Week 7 fantasy football streamers at wide receiver that may be available for a pickup.
Week 7 Fantasy Football Streamers at WR
AJ Green, CIN (vs CLE)
What year is it that AJ Green shows up on a streamer article? Green has not been good this season. It has become obvious that Joe Burrow has a strong connection with Tee Higgins, and I expect that to continue. The thing here is that the matchup versus the Browns is exceptional. In the past, Green has absolutely torched the Browns. Burrow will probably be under pressure from Myles Garrett all day, which will result in quick throws. With Higgins seeming to be a deep threat, Green needs to be able to somewhat return to his old self to stay relevant in not only fantasy football, but also in the NFL.
Green recorded 96 yards on eight receptions last week and should be relied on here to save Burrow when he is under pressure. This is a make or break game for Green this week, and I think he is good enough to know this and perform well, making him a solid WR streamer.
Marvin Jones, DET (vs ATL)
I understand the frustration with Marvin Jones in fantasy football. Last week was supposed to be the Jones week against a poor Jaguars defense. That didn’t happen. Luckily for Jones and the Lions, they play an Atlanta secondary who may be worse than Jacksonville. Every year, Jones has a game where he finishes with three touchdowns. With Detroit having a tough rest of the season, this has to be the week where Jones scores three touchdowns and tops all of the fantasy football streamers.
Atlanta will have to key in on the run game and Kenny Golladay, leaving a handful of targets available for Jones.
Adam Humphries, TEN (vs PIT)
Adam Humphries, who is only owned in 6% of ESPN leagues, has recorded five or more targets in every game this season. Ryan Tannehill is a good enough quarterback to understand that Pittsburgh blitzes many times throughout the game. With Jonnu Smith dealing with injuries, someone is going to take those targets. Humphries seems like the guy that will absorb those some of them. With all of the blitzing going on in this game, underneath routes should be open, i.e. the area where Humphries thrives. Look for Humphries to be a major part of the Titans offense this week. Do not be afraid to add and start him, if you are looking for a streamer.
