FlurrySports gives the best Underdog Fantasy NFL DFS picks tonight for the Ravens vs Steelers Week 18 Sunday Night Football game.
In Week 18 of the 2025-26 NFL season, we are treated to an incredible AFC North matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers. In yet another edition of this classic NFL rivalry, the winner of this game takes the division, while the loser will be eliminated from playoff contention.
When looking to break down this game for NFL DFS picks, it appears that both teams will be relatively healthy, as the Ravens are just dealing with a slight illness. Baltimore will look to build off of Derrick Henry’s strong Week 17, while Lamar Jackson makes his return to the field. As for Pittsburgh, it appears that they will get one of the best players in football back this week in TJ Watt. Using Underdog Fantasy, I looked through the projections for all of the available players in this game and picked my favorite three NFL DFS picks.

Underdog Fantasy NFL DFS Picks: Ravens vs Steelers SNF Week 18
Aaron Rodgers LOWER 0.5 INTs Thrown
As we come to the end of Aaron Rodgers’ 21st NFL season, we are treated to at least one more game that can add to his Hall of Fame legacy. As Pittsburgh got hot and turned its season around in November, Rodgers has been playing pretty good football. Since Pittsburgh’s loss to Green Bay on Oct. 26, Rodgers has 9:2 TD-INT ratio and he has not thrown an interception since Week 9. Rodgers’ taking care of the ball has been a big reason why this offense has looked better in the second half of the season (outside of the Browns game last week).
Throughout the season, the Ravens came away with 11 interceptions, which ranks in the middle of the pack. While they have come away with some interceptions, the Ravens have struggled to get after the quarterback this season. They rank tied for 29th in the NFL with 28 sacks. Without DK Metcalf this week, Pittsburgh keeps an extra tight end on the field to help the run game and keep Rodgers upright. We know that when Rodgers is upright, he is not going to throw an interception. After all we have seen throughout his career, there is no doubt in my mind that Rodgers comes to play at his best in the last regular season game of the year, and possibly his career.
Lamar Jackson HIGHER 27.5 Rushing Yards
We saw Snoop Huntley ride a strong run game last week as the Baltimore Ravens stayed alive in the playoff hunt with their win. Now, Lamar Jackson is healthy enough to step in and give the Ravens the boost that they need to get into the playoffs. Going back to the first matchup between these teams, Baltimore was able to run all over Pittsburgh, as Derrick Henry finished with 94 rushing yards, and Jackson finished with 43 rushing yards. It makes sense for Baltimore to use a similar game plan in this game, as running the ball will help neutralize TJ Watt and Alex Highsmith’s pass rush.
With a strong Henry run game coming, that is only going to help Jackson’s rushing ability. Pittsburgh will have to respect Henry’s ability, leaving open lanes for Jackson this game. He went higher than this line once this year against Pittsburgh. I know that injuries may be a concern, but you are probably never going to see Jackson’s rushing line this low again. All of that is on top of Pittsburgh giving up the eighth-most rushing yards to quarterbacks this season. I like taking entries that can hit on one play, and this is certainly one of those.
Jonnu Smith HIGHER 16.5 Receiving Yards
As stated before, DK Metcalf will be out one more game as he serves his two-game suspension. Without Metcalf, Rodgers will have to spread his targets out to other players in this game. Without Metcalf last week, it was Jonnu Smith who led the Steelers in receptions, with five. With the idea that Pittsburgh will have multiple tight ends on the field against Baltimore, Smith will see many of those snaps. Pittsburgh uses Smith in a variety of ways as well, with him lining up all over the field.
The matter of fact with this entry is that someone has to catch the ball for the Steelers this week. It is hard to trust any of the wide receivers, and Baltimore will be able to somewhat plan for the running backs in the receiving game. That leaves Smith and Pat Freiermuth. While Freiermuth will run routes, Pittsburgh will need him to stay in and block to give Rodgers time. Pittsburgh brought Smith in in the offseason for a reason, and against a Baltimore defense that will play heavy on the run game, Smith will be able to sneak out into soft spots and provide great after-the-catch ability from the tight end position.
