These are four of my favorite lower-owned streaming QB options for Week 16. If you are unsure where these four rank in relation to your current roster, you can consult our Week 16 fantasy rankings, which will be updated throughout the week.

RB Fantasy Streamers for Week 16
WR Fantasy Streamers for Week 16
TE Fantasy Streamers for Week 16

Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans (63.3%)

If you read any of my articles over the last month or so, you probably already own Tannehill. He has already had a great playoff schedule and his Week 16 matchup against the Saints is another favorable one. The Titans are still in the playoff hunt and a win against the Saints will go a long way. The Saints have already locked up the NFC South but still have an opportunity to lock up the top seed in the NFC. With so much on the line for both teams, this is likely to be a high-scoring game, and Vegas has this as the second-highest total of the week with New Orleans favored by only one point.

Tannehill has at least three total touchdowns in three of his past four games. The Saints have given up at least 250 passing yards and two touchdowns in four of their past five games. This matchup has everything you look for when you stream QBs.

Philip Rivers vs OAK (42.6%)

So far this season, Philip Rivers has six games with over 300 passing yards and at least two touchdowns. If you started Rivers in any of those games, you were very happy to have him in your lineup. Unfortunately, in five of his starts he has thrown multiple interceptions. In his last matchup against the Raiders, Rivers threw for 207 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions. In Week 16, the Chargers play a Raiders team that has held the opposing QB to under 200 passing yards only three times all season.

Gardner Minshew at ATL (16.4%)

To start his NFL career, Gardner Minshew threw for at least 200 yards in five straight games. Over that span, there was only one game that he did not throw for two touchdowns. Since regaining the role as the starter in Week 13, Minshew only has one game with over 200 yards and multiple touchdowns. In Week 16, the Jaguars face the Atlanta Falcons, who are one of the better defenses to target for streaming QBs. The Falcons did hold Jimmy Garoppolo and the 49ers to 200 passing yards in Week 15, but only one team had fewer passing yards than that since the Falcons’ Week 9 bye.

Dwayne Haskins vs NYG (2%)

If you play in superflex, 2 QB or very deep leagues, Dwayne Haskins could be your key to a fantasy championship. Since taking over as the starter in Week 9, Haskins has continued to get better and is starting to look like a competent NFL QB. In Week 15, Haskins was able to throw for 261 yards and two touchdowns against the Eagles. In Week 16, Haskins and the Redskins get to take on the New York Giants, who have been one of the best matchups for streaming QBs all season. As Haskins continues to rebuild chemistry with Terry McLaurin, good things will come.
