With the uncertainty surrounding the sports world, we look to the NFL to be our savior. The NFL has been business as usual; combine, draft and free agency ran as scheduled. We saw the departure of major talent, as well as question marks that went unanswered. Let’s take a look the best NFL win total bets, before NFL Training Camp begins.

    Best NFL Win Total Bets

    Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 9.5 Wins

Along with winning the Tom Brady sweepstakes, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers acquired Brady’s favorite target and, the always charismatic, Rob Gronkowski for only a fourth-round pick. Pairing Brady and Gronk with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin has the making of one of the best offenses in the league, which already ranked third in 2019. Behind a potent offense and a stout run defense, look for the Bucs to be slightly above their win total of 9.5 (-160).

    Arizona Cardinals: 7.5 Wins

Like the Buccaneers, the Arizona Cardinals traded for a terrific receiving weapon this offseason. The Cardinals sent one-year wonder David Johnson to the Texans along with picks for star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins. The three-time First-Team All-Pro will fit in beautifully with Kliff Kingsbury’s air raid offense, as Kyler Murray will look to take that second year leap. In his second year as defensive coordinator, Todd Bowles will look to improve his defense that ranked 29th last year. If he does, the Cards can be the surprise team of the NFL and win over 7.5 games (-130).

    Los Angeles Chargers: 8 Wins

While the Los Angeles Chargers do have the 23rd-hardest schedule in the league, they will look to compete for third place in their division. Along with the Kansas City Chiefs as the clear number one, the Denver Broncos had one of the best offseasons in the league, adding playmakers Jerry Jeudy and KJ Hamler in the draft and solidifying their offensive line. By drafting Justin Herbert with the sixth overall pick, the Chargers did not do anything this offseason that says “win now.” After not winning one game in the division last year, LA’s newest commodity will look outside of their division to stay relevant. I just don’t see it. Pound the under of 8.0 wins (-115).

    Miami Dolphins: 6.5 Wins

Unlike the Chargers, the Miami Dolphins are trending up. They held onto all 11 of their draft picks, filling many holes. In addition, Miami dished out $123.5 million to free agents, such as cornerback Byron Jones and linebacker Kyle Van Noy. While showing signs of improvement, and with Tom Brady leaving the division, the Dolphins will still be the doormat of the AFC East. Like the Chargers, the ‘Phins will be playing for third in their division, behind the New England Patriots and a much-improved Buffalo Bills team. With question marks at quarterback, with Tua Tagovailoa’s health, and the third-hardest schedule in the league, the Dolphins did not do enough to convince me they will win more than 6.5 games (+100).

    NFL Win Total Bets:

    • Tampa Bay Over 9.5 wins (-160)
    • Arizona Cardinals Over 7.5 wins (-130)
    • Los Angeles Chargers Under 8 wins  (-115)
    • Miami Dolphins Under 6.5 wins (+100)
