If you have a little uncertainty at the quarterback position, you may need to search the waivers to see who is available for a plug and play. These are the top fantasy QB streamers for Week 2 that may be available for a pickup.
Fantasy QB Streamers for Week 2
Gardner Minshew, JAX (at TEN)
Gardner Minshew was clinical in his Week 1 performance against the Colts, going 19/20 for 173 yards and three touchdowns. He showed total command of the Jaguars offense and upset the Colts, despite being eight-point underdogs. He was awesome in his rookie season, despite being a sixth-round draft choice that was unexpectedly thrust into the starting job. Now he enters 2020 with a full offseason of being the expected starter (a luxury he didn’t get last year) and it showed in Week 1.
He has sneaky good weapons surrounding him, especially with the addition of rookie Laviska Shenault, who caught a TD pass in the game. He brings a strong rushing baseline, rushing for the fifth-most yards at the position in 2019 while only playing in 12 games. The Colts game is a sign of more to come and I’m riding him into Week 2 on the road against the Titans, where he is one of the best fantasy QB streamers.

Ryan Tannehill, TEN (vs. JAX)
How about the quarterback in the same game, Ryan Tannehill? The Jaguars defense held up against Philip Rivers and the Colts. However, the Titans offense is something else entirely. The Jaguars defense is still one of the weakest units in the league that many project to be the worst defense in all of football for 2020. The Titans are going to move the ball all game and I want the quarterback that is going to make it happen.
Tannehill was the QB2 in 2019 once he took over the starting role, only behind Lamar Jackson. He put up a strong performance in week one on the road in Denver, with a line 29/43 for 249 yards and two touchdowns. Hopefully Derrick Henry doesn’t soak up all the fantasy points, as he’s been known to do with some MONSTER performances against the Jaguars.
Jared Goff, LAR (at PHI)
The Rams offense started strong on Sunday night against the Cowboys, before slowing down as the game progressed. I expect that strong start to last the entire game against the Eagles, who just gave up 27 points to the Washington Football Team. The Rams O-Line looked much-improved after a poor 2019 campaign. Sean McVay is a certified offensive genius and, with the strong weapons surrounding Goff, Philadelphia is going to have a tough time stopping this offense. Goff should be a strong fantasy QB streamer for Week 2.
