The 2024 NFL Draft is expected to feature many great offensive linemen. For many teams, this is just in time, as the offensive line play across the league worsens, resulting in key injuries and overall bad football. One of the offensive linemen who is expected to contribute early is Zach Frazier out of West Virginia.

Zach Frazier Scouting Report

Strengths

Zach Frazier has played a ton of snaps at center for the Mountaineers over the past three seasons, and it shows. He is a high-IQ player whose instincts have him making the right plays. His technique is extremely solid as well. What is interesting about Frazier is his tremendous flexibility. This, combined with his size, means he should be able to get nice and lower on QB sneaks, helping to give his future team the possibility of implementing a “tush push.”

Weaknesses

While his technique is solid, Frazier was able to be pushed around at times in college, which obviously could be much worse in the pros. His lack of length will be an issue with longer defenders, if he isn’t aggressive. He will need to continue getting stronger as well.
