The 55th edition of the annual Snowball Derby championship is just a few hours away from us as the globe’s most skilled racing drivers hit the road at the Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, Florida, United States. It is a half a mile-long oval track on which the drivers will have to complete a 300-lap super late-model stock car race to get their name on the podium. The event will be held for four days starting on Thursday, December 1st to Dec. 4th.

NASCAR will enter the race as the hot favorites as their off-season’s biggest assignment is almost upon them. It’s been a long time since they won any title as their last triumph came back in 2009. On December 1, the race activity will officially commence with the involved drivers dragging past each other to get the best time under their belt. Each team will be hoping to get in the groove straight away before the finale on Sunday. It’s anyone’s race as the fans from across the country have started heading towards five flags speedway in big numbers.

How to watch Snowball Derby 2022 live online

The 55th Annual Snowball Derby presented by Hooters will be streamed live on Racing America website. The streaming service is set to cover more than 35 hrs of racing from Thursday to the finale which will be held on Sunday.

Automobile fans in Canada, Mexico, and abroad can stream the event live by acquiring a subscription to live pay-per-view broadcast.

Snowball Derby 2022 Starting Time and a complete schedule

Thursday will see the formal beginning of the most prestigious race in super late model racing with coverage starting at 6 p.m. ET. The drivers will take the opportunity of the opening day to get their engines running as it is mostly a practice day before handing over the track to three divisions of racing late evening.

Friday is expected to be the most action-packed as all 30 drivers will enter the qualifying race in quest of securing top spots with the minimum possible time.

The Allen Turner Snowflake 100 for Pro Late Model competitors will take place on Saturday with 40 drivers striving to get past each other.

And on Sunday, the massive main event race, the 55th Annual Snowball Derby will be on show. The 300-lap race will decide who will take home the Tom Dawson Trophy and joins the historic list of Snowball Derby winners.

NASCAR champion Brad Keselowski will be competing for the first time in Snowball Derby and is tipped to leave everyone behind at the end of the race. He will be driving the No. 6 Ford with sponsorship from long-time and significant racing supporter, Fr8Auctions.
