If you have a little uncertainty at the running back position, you may need to search the waivers to see who is available for a plug and play. These are the top Week 16 fantasy football streamers at running back that may be available for a pickup.

Week 16 Fantasy Football Streamers at RB

    Le’Veon Bell, KC (vs. ATL)

His ownership will surely shoot up to over 60% as the week progresses, but you must pick up Le’Veon Bell if he is available. I will always play the starting running back for the Kansas City Chiefs. Clyde Edwards-Helaire will miss the rest of the regular season and that makes Bell a great streamer. Bell has clearly been the Chiefs go-to option behind CEH. He scored his first touchdown as a Chief on Sunday and finished as the RB21 on the week with 14.6 fantasy points. He had 15 carries and that was in a game where CEH had 14 carries. Bell should receive his fair share of volume going forward and that is a recipe for success in the Chiefs offense.

    Tony Pollard, DAL (vs. PHI)

I’ve been a huge fan of Tony Pollard since his rookie season. He seems to always look electric when he touches the ball. Now, we’ve seen what he is capable of when he gets a full workload. When Ezekiel Elliott was ruled out last week, Tony Pollard became a must-start. He scored 31.2 PPR fantasy points and finished as the RB1 on the week. If Elliott is out again, Pollard is clearly a great streamer. However, I think you can put him in your lineup even if Elliott plays. The type of performance he had on Sunday should earn him more touches against the Eagles. He touched the ball on eight of Dallas’ first eleven plays on Sunday, and that set the tone for the rest of the game. He’s always a threat for a big play, making him a solid streamer for this week.

    Zack Moss, BUF (at NE)

I’ll admit this is a scary play, but the streamer plays at the running back position are thin. Let me paint a picture for you. It’s championship week and the Monday game between the Patriots and Bills is about to start. Your opponent is up by 14 points and the only player you have left is Zack Moss. Your opponent sees that Moss hasn’t scored more than 14 points since Week 8 and he hasn’t cracked double-digits in five consecutive weeks. He starts to ask himself where he’s going to place his championship trophy. Then Moss proceeds to win you the matchup in primetime and you are a fantasy football champion.

What if I told you that when Moss scored more than 14 fantasy points in Week 8, it came against the Patriots? In that game, he had 14 carries for 81 yards and two touchdowns. The Patriots have been extremely vulnerable on the ground. They just allowed Salvon Ahmed to torch them for 122 yards and one touchdown. The week before that they allowed Cam Akers to torch them for 171 yards. The run game is where you beat the Patriots defense and we have already seen Moss have his best game of the year against this team. These division opponents know each other well and I think the Bills try to establish the run. Moss hasn’t been startable for a while, but I think he’s a streamer against the Patriots.
