The NBA Trade Deadline has passed, and quite a few faces are on new teams, which could affect the fantasy value of your players. With COVID protocols and plenty of injuries across the league, you must stay active on the fantasy basketball waiver wire each week to help fill any voids on your team.

Here are the top fantasy basketball waiver wire pickups for Week 15 of the NBA season. In order to be included in the weekly waiver article, players must be rostered in less than 60 percent of ESPN fantasy basketball leagues.

Week 14 Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire Pickups

Moses Brown, Thunder (43.3%)

Moses Brown will likely be the most popular fantasy basketball waiver wire target this week, and it’s for good reason. Originally signed to a two-day deal, Brown has emerged as a key player for the Oklahoma City Thunder offense, posting two straight double-doubles, including a dominant 21-point, 23-rebound performance against the Celtics Saturday night. With former starter Al Horford a scratch for the rest of the season, Brown is in a good position to succeed and become a viable fantasy option for many teams. He supplies solid block totals aside from points and rebounds, making him a must-grab in 8-cat and 9-cat leagues.

T.J. McConnell, Pacers (46.3%)

If you’re looking for consistency on your fantasy team, T.J. McConnell has been a popular target this past week. He’s scored double-digits in four of the last five games and has been lights out shooting the ball over that stretch. McConnell supplies assists and steals for 8-cat and 9-cat leagues, but his recent point spur shouldn’t last too much longer. At just under 47 percent ownership, there’s a chance he’s sitting on the fantasy basketball waiver wire and could help your team make that extra push each matchup. For averaging only 25 minutes a game, he’s producing solid numbers in an offense with inconsistent guards around him.

Jordan Poole, Warriors (28.2%)

With Steph Curry out with an injury, the Golden State Warriors depended on Andrew Wiggins, who has been struggling shooting the ball this season. Jordan Poole has stepped up nicely and surprisingly is a solid scoring threat. He has scored no fewer than 15 points in his last five games and has topped 30 minutes each game during that span. Poole doesn’t offer too much else in the box score, but he is a solid assist option if you’re lacking in that category for category-based fantasy basketball leagues. Even once Curry returns to the court, Poole has proved he can score the ball and that’s what the Warriors need if Wiggins continues to play the way he has.

Jakob Poeltl, Spurs (35.0%)

With LaMarcus Aldrige officially bought out, Jakob Poeltl’s role should be safe and increasing. Averaging only 24 minutes per game this season, Poeltl has been a sleeper, posting solid and consistent fantasy numbers. He doesn’t score much, but has scored double-digits in two straight games and is a lock for at least eight rebounds a game. Poeltl is a great option if you need blocks in 8-cat and 9-cat fantasy basketball leagues, but rebounds are a huge plus. He’s owned in just 35 percent of leagues, which means he’s likely available on your fantasy basketball waiver wire. Poeltl could help many fantasy teams struggling with consistency.

Other considerations for all league-types: Saddiq Bey, DET (19.2%); Tomas Satoransky, CHI (16.2%); Talen Horton-Tucker, LAL (15.3%); Jalen Brunson, DAL (11.4%)
