Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Put everything into a dish and bake for 20 minutes

Serious Potato Skins
Ingredients
- 4 Idaho baking potatoes
- Olive oil
- 8 oz thick-cut bacon, diced
- 6 oz cheddar
- 1 bunch scallions
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- Hot sauce
- Preheat oven to 400°F, bake potatoes on a foil-lined sheet for 1 hour, then let cool for 10 minutes.
- Prepare the toppings (cook the bacon and reserve the grease, shred cheese, cut scallions, etc.).
- Cut potatoes lengthwise to create four wedges. Using a small spoon, scoop the flesh from each wedge, leaving ¼ inch or more of the flesh. (Save the scooped potatoes for another use, like potato pancakes or soup)
- Set over to broil and put wedges onto a foil-lined baking sheet. Paint a bit of bacon fat on each, then top with cheese and bacon. Place under the broiler until the cheese is bubbling. Place the skins on a serving plate, then dress them up.

Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup apple jelly
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 chipotle chile in adobo, chopped, plus 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
- Two 14-ounce packages smoked cocktail sausages
- Add everything put the sausages to a slow cooper and whisk until smooth. Add the sausages and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Cover with the lid and cook on high for 3 hours, then uncover and continue to cook on high until the sauce is bubbling and has thickened slightly, about 30 minutes. Set the slow cooker to warm for serving.
Queso Dip
- 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 small red onion, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped pickled jalapeno
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- One 12-ounce beer
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 4 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Sprinkle of chipotle powder
- Tortilla chips, for serving
- Chop up cilantro, onions and pickled jalapenos
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour, and stir until it is absorbed. Pour in the beer and milk; whisk constantly until the mixture comes to a simmer and thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, and stir in the cheese until completely melted.
- Transfer your queso to a slow cooker and set it to low for everyone to enjoy during your Super Bowl party! You can sprinkle cilantro and/or chili powder on top as well. Serve with chips.
Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients
- ½ cup cream cheese
- ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 12 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds removed
- 12 slices bacon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
- Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeño half with cheese mixture.
- Put halves back together, wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon, then put them on the baking sheet.
- Bake until bacon is crispy, 25 to 35 minutes, then serve with your sauce of choice!
