We have two games on today’s NBA DFS slate, with Game 3 action between the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks first, then Memphis Grizzlies and Golden State Warriors later. With only two games on the schedule, making NBA DFS picks for building lineups can be difficult. However, PrizePicks has a different spin on DFS, allowing us to play NBA player props and parlays.
PrizePicks Payout Breakdown
At PrizePicks, users string together NBA DFS player props into a parlay up to five legs. These picks can be in a single stat or picking over/under fantasy basketball points. Users can even make picks across different sports taking place today! After forming a parlay, users can select to play it using Flex Play or Power Play.
Flex Play Payout
For Flex Play, users can build a parlay up to five legs and still be paid out if one or more of their picks is incorrect. Of course, less risk means less reward, so the payout is lower:
- 2 Leg Parlay: 2 Correct = 2x Entry, 1 Correct = 0.5x
- 3 Leg Parlay: 3 Correct = 2.25x, 2 Correct = 1.25x
- 4 Leg Parlay: 4 Correct = 5x, 3 Correct = 1.5x
- 5 Leg Parlay: 5 Correct = 10x, 4 Correct = 2x, 3 Correct = 0.4x
Power Play Payout
Power Play is much like a parlay at a sportsbook, where it is all or nothing. Since the risk is higher, the payout is as well.
- 2 Leg Parlay: 3x Entry Fee
- 3 Leg Parlay: 5x Entry Fee
- 4 Leg Parlay: 10x Entry Fee

NBA DFS Picks: PrizePicks Player Props and Parlay | May 7
Jrue Holiday OVER 4.5 Rebounds
The Celtics converted at an insane rate from downtown in Game 2, hitting 20 of their 43 three-point attempts. They won’t be able to shoot that well again in Game 3 in Milwaukee, which will lead to more easy rebounding opportunities for the Bucks in this game.
Jrue Holiday was only able to grab four rebounds against the Celtics in Game 2. Still, he averages 6.4 boards per game against them this season, and this includes an outlier where he finished with zero rebounds!
Holiday has managed to grab five or more boards in five of his seven games during the NBA Playoffs this season, and he should keep the pattern going today.
Brook Lopez OVER 5 Rebounds
We will pick the over on another Bucks rebounding prop, going from the point guard to the seven-footer without really increasing the needed output. Brook Lopez has totaled at least six rebounds in four straight games against Boston. He has grabbed five or more rebounds in six of his seven games during this postseason run, and he should be able to easily do it once again today.
Andrew Wiggins OVER 23.5 Pts + Rebs + Asts
We add a couple of other NBA DFS stats to this PrizePicks NBA player prop, with us picking the over for Andrew Wiggins’ combined points, rebounds and assists. We’ll start with rebounds, where Wiggins has been so good during the NBA Playoffs. He has shown a high level of effort and energy, which has led to rebounds. To begin this series, Wiggins has rebounding totals of eight and nine. He has totaled at least five rebounds in all seven of his playoff games this year. For his career, Wiggins averages 6.4 rebounds per game in the postseason.
Wiggins has added 18 combined points and assists in each of the first two games of this series. For this entire NBA Playoff run so far, Wiggins has averaged 14.7 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists, totaling 23.6. With him averaging more points and rebounds at home this year, he has a high chance to hit the over on this NBA DFS pick in Game 3 today.
