The defeat before that came to the same Wings team that Phoenix will attempt to stop the bleeding against tonight.
Thursday’s loss at Minnesota was emblematic of how the majority of Phoenix’s season has gone to date. Tina Charles and Diana Taurasi showed out on the offensive end with 26 and 23 points respectively. Yet, the failure to generate any defensive stops wasted the two impressive scoring efforts. Add in the likes of Skylar Diggins-Smith and Diamond DeShields and the offensive abilities of this team are second to none.
