At this point, it seems safe to say that the Liberty don’t want the month of June to end any time soon. New York started off the 2022 WNBA betting season with seven losses in their first eight games. Although the Dream’s 12-point halftime edge was trimmed to a single bucket in the third quarter, Atlanta’s defense rose to the occasion in the final frame. The Dream only allowed nine points to Dallas in the fourth quarter as they secured the win. The performance only solidified the team’s top defensive efficiency ranking.
For as stout as Atlanta is defensively, the team’s offensive struggles must also be considered when deciding tonight’s Liberty vs Dream prediction.
