Kyle Trask Highlights
Kyle Trask Draft Profile
Strengths
Kyle Trask has improved every single season, which is great to see for a team that has the ability to develop him. Like a great pitcher, Trask has a variety of different throws and speeds in his arsenal. He also showed the ability and willingness to throw the ball deep this season. Trask is also calm in the pocket, with the pass rush seemingly unaffecting him.
Weaknesses
While he is calm in the pocket, Trask is a bit too calm. He is a statue and hasn’t shown the ability to at least take off and pick up a couple yards. Trask also doesn’t have the elite arm talent that the rest of the first-round quarterbacks have. Along with that, Trask is a bit inconsistent with the short throws, with only 67.4% accuracy on throws within 10 yards.
