Kentucky vs Michigan State Prediction | College Basketball Betting Picks
Kentucky comes into this year with a bad taste in their mouth, after a 15-seed in Oral Roberts beat them as a 2-seed in the NCAA Tournament. They bring in a top-five freshman class, as per usual, headlined by Chris Livingston and Carson Wallace. They bring back Oscar Tshiebwe, but he is questionable heading into this matchup, as he is nursing a knee injury that held him out of the games against Howard and Duquesne. If Oscar is deemed inactive, they may not have enough against a Michigan State-led Tom Izzo team that took Gonzaga to the buzzer less than a week ago.
Michigan State comes into this matchup fresh off a hard-fought 64-63 loss to Gonzaga on Friday. Leading the way was center Mady Sissoko, dropping 14 points with nine rebounds and a shooting percentage above 50%. The key for their loss was getting out-rebounded by eight, 16 turnovers, shooting from the arc, and the free throw missed opportunities (18-28). If they want to leave Indianapolis with a win, assuming Oscar is inactive, they will have to feed Sissoko and make sure Hall’s presence is felt, especially from deep, something they have lacked.
Our college basketball betting Kentucky vs Michigan State prediction tonight will be Kentucky/Michigan State OVER 141.5 at BetOnline.
