Jerry Jeudy Fantasy Breakdown

When it comes to fantasy football, it’s all about finding value late in the draft. That could mean a vet on the decline with something to prove, or an unproven rookie. In this case, a potential steal could be Denver Broncos rookie Jerry Jeudy for fantasy football in 2020.

Jeudy was taken 15th overall by the Broncos in the 2020 NFL Draft and is looking to make an instant impact. Coming off of his second straight 1000+ yard, 10+ TD season at Alabama, he will look to take Denver’s offense, which ranked 28th in 2019, to the next level.

Jerry Jeudy Fantasy Outlook

After the trade of Emmanuel Sanders to the 49ers, the Denver offense was left hurting. Ranking 28th in passing, Courtland Sutton was the only reliable target, bringing in 72 receptions for 1,112 yards and six TD for Joe Flacco and Drew Lock. Noah Fant was second on the team with just 40 receptions, showing the steep drop off in production. Jeudy will be looking to become the Robin to Sutton’s Batman, with his speed and NFL-ready route running.

Even with the addition of Melvin Gordon, the Broncos are encouraged by the development of Lock, who threw for 1,020 yards and seven touchdowns in just five games. If Lock can take that next step at the helm, look for Jeudy to get ample opportunities.

Jerry Jeudy Fantasy ADP

While still a bit early, the ADP for Jerry Jeudy is currently at 10.04 in PPR formats. This makes him the WR44 off the board, on average. Since the beginning of April, Jeudy’s ADP has jumped two full rounds, from 12.11. This shows that people are willing to take a chance on a rookie, based on how polished and productive he can be.
