When is the 2025 NFL Draft?
The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 24, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. The draft will take place in Green Bay, WI, which brings plenty of potential challenges. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 25th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, April 26th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.

Strengths
Although Noel isn’t the fastest receiver in the draft, he has elite-level athleticism, ranking third among receivers at the 2025 NFL Combine. His bread and butter are short-breaking routes, and he has a great burst to get open immediately off the line of scrimmage. While he does project to be more of a slot receiver, he could possibly work on the outside as well. His success as a returner also makes him that much more exciting a prospect with the NFL’s new return rules.
Weaknesses
The biggest knock on Noel is his size. He doesn’t have the height to work on the outside consistently and has smaller hands than teams would like as well. At times, his routes aren’t as crisp as they usually should be and he also has a problem with concentration drops.
