The 2024 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, April 25, beginning at 8 p.m. ET. Only Round 1 will take place on Thursday. Rounds 2-3 will take place on April 26th, with the remaining four rounds wrapping up on Sunday, Apil 27th. There will be 257 players selected across the seven rounds, with many more getting phone calls immediately afterward.

Strengths
Jaylen Wright is a running back with solid breakaway speed. He is explosive with the ball, showing good “pop” and also having big-play potential. In fact, he gained 10-plus yards on over a quarter of his carries last season. Along with the speed, Wright also shows patience running the ball, and playing within the scheme. He has good hands and also can pass protect, so he can be a true three-down running back.
Weaknesses
Wright had a little bit of a fumbling problem a couple of years ago, so this could present itself again. He also doesn’t have the best vision and can also lack urgency or decisiveness.
