They did it. The Detroit Lions won their first game of the 2021 NFL season. They have a better record than both the Minnesota Vikings and Los Angeles Rams since the beginning of November (1-2-1). With that, do the Vikings and Rams really deserve to make the 2021 NFL Playoffs? I suggest no.
This week, the first team has been mathematically ruled out of the NFL Playoffs. No, it wasn’t the one-win Detroit Lions. It was actually the two-win Houston Texans. Wait, so… the fighting Dan Campbells are still alive?
That’s right Lions fans! Take those paper bags off your head and let your face shine proudly! Detroit has their first win of the season. Their first taste of blood, and this bloodthirst of Dan Campbell cannot be satiated. They could go on a run and make the playoffs. Of course, they do need a little bit of help…
